hi there! i'm mimi and i'm a pixel artist and digital illustrator from western massachusetts.
i'm a part-time freelance digital artist with a particular love of pixel art. i've been making pixel art since my early college years in 2016, but truly locked in to hone my craft starting in 2025, with experience in making character sprites, animation, and ui.my biggest aesthetic inspirations are the weird and whimsical vibes of y2k webcore, 00s anime games, and early GBA games. i'm currenly focusing my studies on character sprites and environments!my biggest dream is to be able to bring a little bit of happiness to people all over the world with my artwork.so many people inspire me, and i hope to return the favor in kind someday. i wanna leave the world better than i found it, even if microscopically, through sharing my art with you all. thank you so much for checking out my folio and supporting my dreams!
